1. Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item is in resellable condition with all tags, manuals, accessories, and original invoice.
- The reason for return is valid (e.g., wrong item received, damaged product, defective product).
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
- Perishable goods, software, digital downloads, or personalized/customized products
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos) to initiate the exchange process.
